First Homebrew done with a Brooklyn Brewshop Everyday IPA kit I received as a gift. Brewed on Oct 6, 2015.
Pictures were taken of the ingredients in order to (somewhat) replicate the recipe without buying a kit next time. I wouldn’t want to drink this either.
Straight to all-grain! The ingredients were a tad expired and other mistakes were made.
bottlingTasting. It’s a bit cloudy.
It was not very delicious.
Taste test vs. Yuengling lager, because that’s what I had around. The test was administered blind – of course I knew which one was mine.
